When planning a group getaway, beautiful photos are only the beginning. You want to know that everyone will be comfortable, that there is room to spend time together, and that you will not need to pack half your home before setting off.

Here are a few questions to ask before booking a house in Dilijan for a stay with family or friends.

Will the Entire House Be Reserved for Your Group?

When travelling with several families or a group of friends, having your own space matters. You can share meals, catch up and spend the day in a way that suits your group.

Black Inn Dilijan is rented as an entire house, exclusively for your group, with accommodation for up to 15 overnight guests.

How Many Bedrooms and Bathrooms Are There?

The total guest capacity is only part of the picture. It is also important to understand how you will share the rooms and whether the arrangements suit everyone.

Black Inn has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. When booking, you can ask us about the sleeping arrangements based on the families and people in your group.

Are the Pool and Banya Included in the Price?

Before booking, check whether using the advertised facilities costs extra.

At Black Inn, the indoor heated pool and Russian banya are included in the price of your stay. We maintain the pool water at around 28–30°C, making it pleasant to enjoy on cooler days in Dilijan.

Are Firewood, Towels and Bathrobes Provided?

These sound like small questions until you start packing. Should you bring firewood for the fireplace? Towels for everyone? Something to wear after the pool?

At Black Inn, we provide firewood, towels and bathrobes, along with single-use personal care items. We have taken care of these details to make packing and preparing for your trip easier.

What Is in the Kitchen: Appliances or Everyday Essentials Too?

Cooking together can be a lovely part of a getaway. But no one wants to arrive and discover that there is no salt, the cooking oil was left at home, or there is no sugar for the coffee.

Black Inn’s kitchen has the kitchenware needed for cooking and serving meals, along with beautiful tableware.

We also provide:

  • salt and pepper,
  • cooking oil,
  • three types of coffee,
  • sugar,
  • and one of our favourite little touches — delicious herbal tea.

You do not need to bring every little ingredient separately to enjoy your morning coffee or evening tea.

What Should You Bring?

We want your packing list to focus mainly on three things: clothes, swimwear and your favourite food.

Of course, bring any personal essentials you need as well. Leave the everyday household details — from towels to salt and tea — to us.

These details are what make a stay comfortable. When everything is in place, you can simply enjoy time with your favourite people.

What Are the Check-in, Check-out and Gathering Rules?

When planning a group stay, check the arrival and departure times and the house rules in advance.

At Black Inn, check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00. If you would like to invite additional daytime visitors, please let us know beforehand. An additional fee applies when the total number of people exceeds 15.

Loud outdoor music is prohibited after 23:00, and pets are not permitted.

A Stay in Dilijan with Thoughtful Details

We want Black Inn to be a house that is both beautiful and comfortable — for groups, families with children and long evenings spent together.

A heated pool, Russian banya, fireplace, beautiful tableware and a cup of herbal tea: each detail plays a small part in making your stay enjoyable.
