How Many Guests Does the House Sleep?

Black Inn accommodates up to 15 overnight guests. The house suits several families or a group of friends staying together.

If you also plan to invite daytime visitors, please let us know in advance: an additional fee applies when the total number of people exceeds 15.

How Many Bedrooms Are There, and How Are the Beds Arranged?

Our sleeping arrangements are as follows: we have 6 bedrooms; 5 of them have double beds, and the 6th has 4 single beds.

One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed.

We can provide 2 cots for children up to 4 years old. Please let us know in advance if you need them.

When booking, we can discuss the room arrangements together to suit your group.

How Many Bathrooms Are There?

The house has 6 bathrooms, which is especially convenient for a large group.

Is the Whole House Rented to Us?

Yes, Black Inn Dilijan is rented as an entire house, exclusively for your group. You do not share the house, the common areas or the facilities with other groups.

Is the Pool Included in the Price, and Is It Heated?

Yes, use of the indoor pool is included in the house rental price.

We keep the water at around 28–30°C, and the filtration runs continuously. You can enjoy the pool even in Dilijan’s cool weather.

Is the Russian Banya Included?

Yes, use of the Russian banya is also included in the house rental price; there is no separate charge.

Yes, there is an outdoor gazebo on the grounds where you can share meals, talk and spend time in the fresh air.

Is There a Fireplace, and Do You Provide Firewood?

Yes, the house has a fireplace, and we provide the firewood, so there is no need to bring your own.

On cool Dilijan evenings you can gather around the fireplace with a cup of tea and long conversations.

Do You Provide Towels, Bathrobes and Single-Use Toiletries?

Yes, we provide towels, bathrobes and single-use personal care items.

Bring your swimwear and personal essentials; we have already taken care of these everyday details.

Are There Barbecue Skewers and Cooking Equipment?

Yes, there is a mangal (barbecue), skewers and the equipment you need for cooking. We also have an Uzbek kazan.

You can bring the food you like and prepare a shared lunch or dinner on site.

Is There Tableware and Kitchenware?

Yes, the kitchen has the equipment and tableware you need for cooking and laying the table.

For us, tableware is not just a collection of different plates. We chose it with care and taste, paying attention to quality, beauty and how the pieces go together. We want laying the table and gathering around it to be a pleasure too.

We provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, three types of coffee and herbal tea.

Is There a Coffee Machine?

Yes, the house has a coffee machine, so you can start the morning with your favourite coffee without leaving the house.

We provide the coffee too; all that is left is to choose your cup and your favourite morning corner.

Is There a Dishwasher?

Yes, the kitchen has a dishwasher. After a meal for a large group, it helps you spend less time on chores and more time relaxing together.

Is the House Heated?

Yes, Black Inn has a heating system, so the house is comfortable on cold Dilijan days. The fireplace is not the only source of warmth.

Does the House Have Air Conditioning?

Yes, the house also has a cooling system for comfortable stays on hot days.
