Black Inn has shared spaces, a fireplace, a gazebo, and a BBQ area. You can plan a family meal, celebrate a birthday, or spend the weekend without organising a separate schedule for everyone.

The heated pool, sauna, sand volleyball, and children's playground give guests different ways to enjoy the day while staying together on the property. Pool and sauna use are included with the house rental. Because your group rents the entire house, no unrelated guests stay in it with you. Children should always be supervised by an adult near the pool.

On a group trip, setting the table, helping guests, and tidying up often fall to one or two people. They can end up missing the moments that brought everyone together.

At Black Inn, you can arrange optional paid assistance and cleaning in advance. The rate is 2,000 AMD per staff member per hour. It is separate from the house rental, so you decide whether your group needs it.

You can also ask separately about help with purchases or decorating the house for a celebration. The house remains yours for the stay, while you can hand over some of the practical tasks.
